- Whole liquid milk1 l
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Corn starch5 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder for garnish to taste
- Blend the corn with 500 ml of milk in a blender.
- Strain and place in a blender along with the rest of the milk, salt, sugar and cornstarch and blend until well blended.
- Pour into the pan and cook for 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Place in a greased shape, after cooling sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- You can eat it warm or iced.
