- Sugar1 can(s)
- corn flakes1/2 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- liquid milk1 can(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine to taste
- Wheat flour to taste
- Drain the corn and use the can to measure
- Grease and flour your cake tin with hole
- Put the oven to heat
- In the blender, place the corn (without the liquid), the milk, sugar, corn flakes, oil, eggs and beat well until the corn is well ground.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times
- Put this dough in the shape and take it to the medium oven.
- Let it bake for approximately 40 minutes
- Do the toothpick test and watch when it's golden, to know the cake is ready.
