  • Water2 l
  • Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk350 g
  • Milk2 cup
  • Cinnamon stick to taste
  • Cloves10 unit(s)
  • Roasted and ground peanuts300 g
  1. Soak the hominy in water for at least 12 hours.
  2. Place the hominy and water in the pressure cooker and cook for 50 minutes, or until very soft.
  3. Transfer the hominy to a larger pan and add the condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, cinnamon and cloves, letting it boil for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, add the peanuts and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
