- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk350 g
- Milk2 cup
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Cloves10 unit(s)
- Roasted and ground peanuts300 g
- Soak the hominy in water for at least 12 hours.
- Place the hominy and water in the pressure cooker and cook for 50 minutes, or until very soft.
- Transfer the hominy to a larger pan and add the condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, cinnamon and cloves, letting it boil for 20 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the peanuts and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
