Ingredients
- hominy | 500 g
- Milk | 1 l
- condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- Sugar | 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- Soak the canjica for about 4 hours.
- Drain the water and put it in the pressure cooker. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
- In a pan, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar and mix well. Keep on medium heat until it boils.
- Add the canjica and cook for about 20 minutes, until it is very soft and creamy.
- Add cinnamon to taste.
