Ingredients

  • hominy | 500 g
  • Milk | 1 l
  • condensed milk | 1 can(s)
  • Sugar | 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Soak the canjica for about 4 hours.
  2. Drain the water and put it in the pressure cooker. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes under pressure.
  3. In a pan, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar and mix well. Keep on medium heat until it boils.
  4. Add the canjica and cook for about 20 minutes, until it is very soft and creamy.
  5. Add cinnamon to taste.
