- hominy corn500 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- coconut milk400 ml
- grated coconut50 g
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Clove1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Milk1.5 l
- Wash the hominy corn and cook in the pressure cooker for 50 minutes.
- After cooked, drain, add all ingredients except cinnamon powder and return to the low fire for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat, remove the cloves and the cinnamon stick. Place the hominy in a refractory and serve individually with Cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy your food!
- Tip 👉🏻 Put the cinnamon powder individually, because some people don't appreciate this spice.
