- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- Carefully cut the dates in half and remove the pit.
- Place the strawberries without the stalk inside the dates.
- Dip the dates and strawberries in the melted chocolate until completely covered in chocolate.
- Line a plate with cling film
- Place the bonbons on a plate and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
