  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Dark chocolate bar1 unit(s)
  • Strawberry300 g
  • Chocolate shavings to taste
  1. Preparation of the White Cream: Bring the condensed milk (2 cans) and the butter to a low heat, as soon as it reaches the point of brigadeiro, add a can of milk cream (or 1 box). Place in a refractory and let cool. After the cold cream, add a layer of chopped strawberries.
  2. Preparation of the ganache: (I make it on the stove) In a pan, place the cream and let it heat on low heat, add the chocolate bar gradually, until everything melts. Let the ganache come to room temperature and spread over the strawberries. Decorate with chocolate shavings. Take the fridge. Serve well chilled.
