Preparo do Creme Branco:
Leve ao fogo baixo o leite condensado (2 latas) e a manteiga, assim que chegar em ponto de brigadeiro adicione uma lata de creme de leite  (ou 1 caixinha). Coloque em um refratário e deixe esfriar. Depois do creme frio, adicione uma camada de morangos picadinhos.

Preparation of the White Cream:
Bring the condensed milk (2 cans) and the butter to a low heat, as soon as it reaches the point of brigadeiro, add a can of milk cream (or 1 box). Place in a refractory and let cool. After the cold cream, add a layer of chopped strawberries.

Preparo do ganache:
(Faço no fogão) 
Em uma panela coloque o creme de leite e deixe esquentar em fogo baixo, acrescente a barra de chocolate aos poucos, até derreter tudo.
Deixe a ganache chegar em temperatura ambiente e espalhe sobre os morango. Decore com as raspas de chocolate.
Leve a geladeira. Sirva bem gelado.

Preparation of the ganache:

In a pan, place the cream and let it heat on low heat, add the chocolate bar gradually, until everything melts.
Let the ganache come to room temperature and spread over the strawberries. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
Take the fridge. Serve well chilled.
