  • Ripe medium dwarf banana4 unit(s)
  • 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
  • Chocolate 70%60 g
  1. Peel the bananas and mash well until creamy.
  2. Place in a non-stick skillet and add the cocoa powder.
  3. Mix and cook until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
  4. Wait for it to cool and put it in a forminha, flattening it well, put cling film, pressing it so that no air comes in contact with this cream.
  5. Place in the freezer for 1 hour
  6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  7. Unmold the filling and cut into squares.
  8. Gently pass this filling into the chocolate with the help of a fork.
  9. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and you're done.
