- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate 70%60 g
- Peel the bananas and mash well until creamy.
- Place in a non-stick skillet and add the cocoa powder.
- Mix and cook until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
- Wait for it to cool and put it in a forminha, flattening it well, put cling film, pressing it so that no air comes in contact with this cream.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Unmold the filling and cut into squares.
- Gently pass this filling into the chocolate with the help of a fork.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and you're done.
