Ingredients

eggs;3 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Sugar1 cup
Margarine3 tablespoon
Corn1 can(s)
Cornmeal1 cup
coconut50 g
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cream cheese to taste

In the blender, put the first 5 ingredients and let it beat for at least 5 minutes, (this time makes the cake not smell like eggs, which nobody deserves lol…).
Then, add the cornmeal and coconut, beat for 1 minute. Finally, go the yeast, just pulse to mix everything.
Put the dough in the greased and sprinkled with wheat, or cornmeal. On top, spread small portions of the curd throughout the dough. I guarantee it's divine, so don't save haha...
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
After baking, let it cool so you can unmold it.
