Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites, at this point add the sugar and salt, beat until just blending everything together and getting the stiffest peaks, set aside.
In a bowl, on a platter, mix the egg yolks, vanilla, condensed milk, sugar and salt very well.
Then carefully fold in the snow whites with a spatula without beating, mix lightly and place in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until firm and look like Baba.
Remove from the fridge and serve the candy decorated with crumbled cookie pieces.
