  • Chopped Carrots180 g
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Corn or sunflower oil1/2 cup
  • Refined sugar3/4 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
  2. Pour the blender mixture into a container and add the wheat and salt and stir well.
  3. Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate.
  4. Pour the cake batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 25 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
  5. Once baked, cover the cake with the frosting of your choice.
