- Condensed milk395 g
- Chocolate 60% chopped cocoa50 g
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Confections of your choice to taste
- In a pan put the condensed milk, chocolate and butter.
- Cook, always stirring on low heat until the point of curling (starting to unglue from the bottom of the pan).
- Transfer to a plate and let cool. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before rolling.
- Model the brigadiers and pass the confectionery.
