  • Condensed milk (1 can)395 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cork paçoca2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate or vanilla cake (recipes on my profile)1 unit(s)
  1. Prepare the cake of your choice (in the photo, I used a chocolate cake, the recipe is here on my profile). Wait for it to cool down.
  2. For the paçoca brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, the butter and the crumbled paçoca corks in a tall pan.
  3. Place over medium heat and cook like a brigadier until set (about 10 to 15 minutes), stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
  4. When it's at the desired point, use it as a frosting and/or filling for the cake.
  5. If it goes past the point of coverage and gets a little stiff, the trick is to add a little hot cream and mix until it's well incorporated.
  6. This cake is a hit at June / São João parties!
