Cake with guava frosting

Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador exceto o fermento, bata por cerca de 05 minutos. Logo após coloque o fermento e misture tudo.

 Despeje em uma forma untada com desmoldante ou manteiga, e coloque no forno pra assar.
O forno tem que ser pré aquecido 15 minutos antes. 

Tempo de forno em média 45 minutos.  Depende muito de forno pra forno.

Quando tiver assado e por cima dourado, desligue o fogo. 


Para cobertura:

Em uma panela adicione a goiabada picadinha, acrescente 50 ml de água e leve ao fogo, a goiabada vai desmanchar formando um creme maravilhoso, desligue o fogo. 

Desenforme o bolo e coloque a cada por cima. Fica maravilhoso!

 Pour into a greased shape with release agent or butter, and place in the oven to bake.

When roasted and golden on top, turn off the heat.


For coverage:

In a pan add the minced guava, add 50 ml of water and bring to the fire, the guava will break up forming a wonderful cream, turn off the fire.

Unmold the cake and place each on top. It looks wonderful!
