- Baking powder01 tablespoon
- Guava300 g
- Put all the ingredients in the blender except the yeast, hit for about 05 minutes. Then add the yeast and mix everything together. Pour into a greased shape with release agent or butter, and place in the oven to bake. The oven has to be preheated 15 minutes beforehand. Oven time on average 45 minutes. It depends a lot from oven to oven. When roasted and golden on top, turn off the heat. For coverage: In a pan add the minced guava, add 50 ml of water and bring to the fire, the guava will break up forming a wonderful cream, turn off the fire. Unmold the cake and place each on top.
