1 box of condensed milk395 g
1 box of sour cream200 g
Tutti-Frutti flavored gelatin40 g
5 tablespoons of butter125 g
1 cup of sugar130 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
3 cups of wheat flour300 g
1 cup of milk200 ml
1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g

For the filling, in a pan add the condensed milk, the cream, the gelatin, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and mix.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it boils and releases from the bottom of the pan like a brigadeiro.
Place the remaining eggs, sugar, milk, butter or margarine in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, place the wheat flour, add the beaten liquid and mix until smooth.
Add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
Butter a tin with a hole in the middle, add the cake batter and spoon the filling onto the batter.
Bake in oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Unmold, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
