- Grease a cake tin and let the oven preheat.
- Place the finished dough (those in the packet) in a bowl.
- Keep adding soda water until you get the consistency of cake.
- Transfer the cake to the mold and put it in the oven.
- Now just watch the cake grow and evaluate the time.
- Never open the oven for less than 20 minutes and test if the cake is cooked inside with a toothpick.
- When it's ready, wait for it to cool down to unmould (increases your chance of not breaking the cake, as it is very fluffy).
