  • small beetroot pieces3 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • lemon juice75 ml
  • vegetable oil1/4 cup
  • organic wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • cups of sugar + 1 cup for topping1/2 cup
  • yeast1/2 teaspoon
  • chocolate1 cup
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • butter50 g
  1. In a blender, beat the beets, eggs, lemon juice and oil. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, sift the flour and mix the sugar and yeast.
  3. Add the beaten beetroot with the dry ones and mix well.
  4. Place in cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Mix the sugar, chocolate, milk and butter in a pan over low heat and, when it boils, stir for a minute and turn off the heat.
  6. Pour the syrup over the cake and serve.
