lemon juice75 ml
vegetable oil1/4 cup
organic wheat flour1.1/2 cup
cups of sugar + 1 cup for topping1/2 cup
yeast1/2 teaspoon
chocolate1 cup
Milk1/4 cup
butter50 g

In a blender, beat the beets, eggs, lemon juice and oil. Reserve.
In a bowl, sift the flour and mix the sugar and yeast.
Add the beaten beetroot with the dry ones and mix well.
Place in cupcake molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Mix the sugar, chocolate, milk and butter in a pan over low heat and, when it boils, stir for a minute and turn off the heat.
Pour the syrup over the cake and serve.
