- Beets cut raw into cubes3 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon (juice from it)60 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- In the blender, beat the eggs, beetroot, lemon juice, oil and sugar for 3 minutes. Then mix this content with the wheat flour. Finally, add the yeast and mix gently. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
- Over low heat, stir the condensed milk, butter, chocolate and cream until thickened. When cool, place on top of the cake.
