- Lemon1/4 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour2/5 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cut the beet into cubes, hit the blender along with the oil, lemon, eggs, sugar, for 3 minutes. Add the liquid with the sifted wheat flour and the baking powder. Beat until the dough is homogeneous. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a medium oven at 180 C°.
- Chocolate cover 1 can of condensed milk 1 box of sour cream 2 tablespoons 50% chocolate powder 1 tablespoon of margarine. Stir until it starts to come off the pan.
