Cake of Beetroot

Cortar a beterraba em cubos, bater no liquidificador junto com o óleo, limão, ovos, açúcar, durante 3 minutos.
Juntar o líquido com a farinha de trigo peneirada e o fermento em pó. Bater até a massa ficar homogênea.
Asse por 30 a 35 minutos em forno médio de 180 C°. 

Cut the beet into cubes, hit the blender along with the oil, lemon, eggs, sugar, for 3 minutes.
Add the liquid with the sifted wheat flour and the baking powder. Beat until the dough is homogeneous.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a medium oven at 180 C°.

Cobertura de chocolate
1 lata de leite condensado
1 caixa de creme de leite
2 colheres de chocolate em pó 50%
1 colher de sopa de margarina.
Mexa até começar a soltar da panela. 

Chocolate cover
1 can of condensed milk
1 box of sour cream
2 tablespoons 50% chocolate powder
1 tablespoon of margarine.
Stir until it starts to come off the pan.
