Coloque todos os ingredientes da massa no liquidificador e bata até obter uma massa homogênea e sem pelotas.

Despeje a massa em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada ou use o truque do papel toalha (veja vídeo no final) e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180ºC entre 20 a 25 minutos.

Retire do forno e deixe amornar. Recheio fica sua preferência aqui faço brigadeiro .

Put all the ingredients for the dough in the blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mass and without pellets.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured roast or use the paper towel trick (see video at the end) and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool. Stuffing is your preference here I make brigadeiro.
