Bata as claras em neve separadamente da gema e reserve.

Beat the egg whites separately from the yolk and set aside.

Adicione o açúcar em uma vasilha e logo após as gemas dos ovos,e bata bem.

Add the sugar in a bowl and right after the egg yolks, and beat well.

Coloque o trigo e o leite e a água,bata até que vire uma mistura homogênea.

Put the wheat and milk and water, beat until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

Adicione as claras em neve e bata até elas se misturarem.

Add the snow whites and beat until they are blended.

Unte a forma com bastante margarina,e asse no forno a 180°

Grease the mold with plenty of margarine and bake in the oven at 180°.
