- Dose of sagatiba (60ml)1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream200 ml
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Place the condensed milk, lemon juice, and Sagatiba in the mixer. Beat until a homogeneous mass is formed. 2. Then, add the cream little by little and the gelatin dissolved in warm water (use about 30 ml of water to dissolve the gelatin). 3. Pour into glasses and place to freeze. 4. Serve in the lemon rind and garnish with lemon zest.
