  • Large cabotia squash1 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Cloves and cinnamon if you like to taste
  1. Peel and remove the pumpkin seeds
  2. Cut into medium cubes and place in a high pan
  3. Add the sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Add water little by little until the pumpkin is cooked, cook until reduced and at the point you want.
  5. At the end, after cooling add cloves, cinnamon or coconut
