  • Raw Cabotcha Pumpkin500 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Maizena3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  1. Cut the cabotcha pumpkin into cubes and cook in water
  2. Once cooked , transfer to the blender and add half a box of milk , cornstarch , sugar and cinnamon to taste Beat!
  3. In a pan put the rest of the milk, the box of condensed milk, the butter.
  4. Heat until the butter is melted and add the blender mixture.
  5. Stir until thickened (important to stir non-stop)
  6. As soon as it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and transfer to a container.
  7. sprinkle cinnamon
  8. serve ice cream
