  • Unsalted butter at room temperature100 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • warm milk1/3 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease and flour a cake tin. In the mixer or by hand, beat the eggs, butter and sugar, add the cream and milk until the mixture is homogenized. Mix the flour and yeast until well dissolved. Put it in the shape and take it to the oven for around 35 to 40 minutes, do the toothpick test.
  2. This cake is delicious served with coffee.
