  • Margarine100 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • coconut milk100 ml
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  • Wheat flour with yeast250 g
  1. In a mixer, add the eggs, sugar and margarine. Beat well until the margarine is very white.
  2. Add the coconut milk and wheat, stir well in your hand until all the wheat balls dissolve. Beat the mixer again for 10 seconds, just to make sure all the wheat balls are gone.
  3. Grease the mold with a mold release agent or with margarine and wheat.
  4. I used a shape of 15 cm in diameter by 10 cm in height.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. Do the pierce test with a toothpick or knife. On average 40 min.
