Dissolve the cornstarch in half a glass of milk and then mix it with the rest. Add the condensed milk, the yolks and half of the grated coconut
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until it forms a smooth cream.
Wet the cookies one by one and form a layer with them in a shape, put a layer of the cream and then the wet cookies again. Repeat the sequence until the last one is cream.
Finally, sprinkle with the rest of the grated coconut.
Let it cool for 2 hours and serve.
