  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Coarse and dry grated coconut100 g
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  1. In a clean and dry skillet, place the coconut and turn on the heat very low.
  2. Keep sautéing the skillet every 30 seconds. So that all the coconut browns.
  3. By the end, it should be browned and crispy. This is the point.
  4. In a pan, place the condensed milk, half the coconut and the butter. Mix everything and take it to low fire until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Place on a plate, after it cools, mold the sweets and pass the other half of the previously reserved burnt coconut.
