  • Room temperature butter60 g
  • Flour 0500 g
  • Sugar70 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying1 to taste
  1. Mix everything and knead until smooth.
  2. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough until it is 1 mm thick (slightly transparent)
  4. Cut into pieces with a small circle and make an incision in the middle to prevent the dough from inflating too much when frying.
  5. Deep-fry with oil at a temperature of 180 degrees, taking care not to let it last too long.
  6. After frying and removing excess oil, sprinkle the Bugies with sugar.
