Dulce de leche
Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Line the baking sheet where the brownie will be baked with parchment paper, grease innovations and sprinkle wheat flour on top
Chop the chocolate, mix it with the butter and let it melt in
bain marie. When everything is melted, mix until the mass is homogeneous. Reserve.
When the chocolate cools, add a
cava eggs, mixing well until they are fully incorporated into the dough. Then add the sugar and mix well.
In another bowl, mix the cocoa, flour, salt and add the rest of the chocolate in pieces to the melted chocolate.
Pour half of the chocolate mass into the greased form, spreading evenly with a spatula. Gently place the dulce de leche on top and with
A spoon spread to the edges. On top of the dulce de leche, pour the rest of the chocolate mass, spreading well all over the shape.
Bake in the oven for +- 45 minutes.
The brownie should still be slightly damp.
Let cool completely, cut and serve.
