Primeiro deixe as sementes de girasol de molho por no mínimo 4 hs

First, soak the sunflower seeds for at least 4 hours.

Colocar no procesador as Tamaras junto com as sementes de girasol. Deixe triturar bem.
Acrescentar o cacau em pó.


Place the dates in the processor together with the sunflower seeds. Let it grind well.
Add cocoa powder.


Retire do procesador e acrescente as nozes picadas

Remove from the processor and add the chopped walnuts.

Formar bolinhas de 80 g cada uma e moldar tipo brownie 

Form balls of 80 g each and shape brownie type
