- Chopped semisweet chocolate400 g
- Butters5 tablespoon
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Sugar2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Butter for greasing to taste
- Lemon slices and zest for garnish to taste
- Condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 cup
- For the mousse, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice in the blender for 1 minute. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for approximately 1 hour.
- For the dough, melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie. Transfer to a bowl and with the hand mixer mix the eggs, sugar, flour and yeast until homogeneous.
- Transfer to a 24cm diameter shape lined with greased parchment paper and bake in a medium oven. Preheated, for 20 minutes or until set. Remove and let cool and spread with the mousse.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Unmold, and decorate with slices and lemon zest.
