  • Unleavened Wheat1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Chocolate 50% Cocoa1 cup
  • Butter or margarine200 g
  • Dark chocolate bar180 g
  1. Place the grated chocolate and butter in a bowl.
  2. Take it to the microwave and melt in intervals of 15 to 15 seconds, until it melts completely and you get a shiny cream.
  3. This process can also be done in a water bath.
  4. In a bowl place the eggs and sugar, and mix well with a fouet to incorporate. You don't need to hit a lot.
  5. Add the melted chocolate and mix some more.
  6. Gradually add the chocolate, alternating with the wheat flour, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold (30 cm x 20 cm) greased and lined with butter paper, greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder.
  8. Bake in preheated medium oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, unmold and cut into squares.
  10. Wait for it to cool or serve the most wonderful brownie you've ever had!
