- Boiled and mashed sweet potato2 cup
- Oat bran1 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
- Chocolate 70%100 g
- Chestnuts to taste
- Nuts to taste
- Mix mashed sweet potato with cocoa powder and xylitol sweetener
- Take this mixture to the processor and add the oats, process until it becomes a smooth dough.
- Remove from food processor and mix with chopped walnuts and chestnuts.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and set aside.
- Line a pan with parchment paper or a little butter and oat bran.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Mix half of the melted chocolate with the brownie and put it in the mold.
- Bake for about 40 minutes
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Put the rest of the melted 🍫 and pieces of walnuts and chestnuts
