Egg4 unit(s)
refined sugar250 g
Chocolate Powder300 g
Wheat Flour300 g
Unsalted butter200 g
Chopped semisweet chocolate250 g
Parchment paper to taste
Red and green chocolate confetti to taste

Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave and set aside.
In a mixer beat the eggs with the sugar for about 2 minutes.
Add the melted chocolate and beat more to mix.
Add the chocolate powder and continue beating until smooth.
Finally add the wheat little by little and beat until the dough is very homogeneous.
Line a large rectangular cake tin with parchment paper and butter the paper.
Pour the brownie dough inside and spread evenly with the aid of a silicone spatula.
Distribute the chocolate confetti over the dough as you prefer.
Take to oven 200ºC to bake for about 35-40 minutes. It should bake but be a little moist.
Wait for it to cool completely and cut the pieces with the help of a cutter or a knife.
