Unleavened Wheat1 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Dark chocolate bar3 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Chocolate powder 50%1/2 cup

Take 2 bars of chocolate to the bain-marie along with the butter until it melts.
In a bowl, pour the eggs and mix well.
Add the sugar and mix very well
Add the melted chocolate with the butter
Then add the 50% chocolate powder and mix well.
Finally add the unleavened wheat and gently incorporate
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder
Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180 degrees
Transfer the dough to the already greased form.
Add half of the remaining chocolate bar to the surface of the dough to decorate.
Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
