  • chopped white chocolate2/3 cup

  1. Preparation mode ••Brownie•• 1 Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave and set aside. 2- Sift the flour, add the sugar, chocolate powder, baking powder and eggs and mix well. 3- Finally, incorporate the chocolate-butter mixture and pour into a rectangular mold (20 × 25 cm) lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until the surface start cracking. 4- Unmold warm, let it cool and decorate with Brigadier de Ninho (you too can cut in 2 layers and fill). •Filling•• 5- Mix the condensed milk with the flour in a pan until diluted well. 6-Add the other ingredients and light over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. 7- Continue stirring for another 5 minutes and let it cool to room temperature.
