- semisweet chocolate (unfractionated)225 g
- eggs4 unit(s)
- brown sugar130 g
- refined sugar280 g
- wheat flour160 g
- (walnuts or Brazil nuts or hazelnuts)150 g
- Beat the eggs slightly in a bowl, just to homogenize;
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces;
- Chop the butter into small pieces;
- Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and place in a bain-marie;
- Melt the butter and chocolate and mix with a wire whisk;
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl;
- Add the beaten eggs to the mixture of dry ingredients and homogenize;
- Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix well;
- Grease a mold with butter or mold release, cover with butter paper and grease again over the butter paper;
- Place the mixture in the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 45 minutes.
