  • semisweet chocolate (unfractionated)225 g
  • eggs4 unit(s)
  • brown sugar130 g
  • refined sugar280 g
  • wheat flour160 g
  • (walnuts or Brazil nuts or hazelnuts)150 g
  1. Beat the eggs slightly in a bowl, just to homogenize;
  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces;
  3. Chop the butter into small pieces;
  4. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and place in a bain-marie;
  5. Melt the butter and chocolate and mix with a wire whisk;
  6. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl;
  7. Add the beaten eggs to the mixture of dry ingredients and homogenize;
  8. Add the melted chocolate and butter and mix well;
  9. Grease a mold with butter or mold release, cover with butter paper and grease again over the butter paper;
  10. Place the mixture in the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 45 minutes.
