450 grams of semisweet chocolate

400 grams of sugar (it can be 200 grams of brown sugar and 200 grams of regular sugar or 400 grams of regular sugar, it's up to you.

250 grams of butter

200 grams of unbleached wheat flour

6 eggs

50 grams of cocoa powder or you can use chocolate milk

100 grams of cashew nuts (optional)

Brownie

Derrete o chocolate junto com a manteiga no microondas de 30 em 30 segundos. Mistura todos os ingredientes até ficarem homogêneos,  e pica a castanha de cajú e adicionar em seguida leva ao forno por 20 a 30 minutos na temperatura de 180 graus. 

Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave every 30 seconds. Mix all the ingredients until they are homogeneous, and chop the cashew nut and then add it to the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Recipiente de vidro,  espátula e fouet.
