- condensed milk395 g
- Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate 60% cocoa50 g
- small cubes of chocotone20 unit(s)
- Confectionery of your choice to taste
- In a pan mix the condensed milk, chocolate and butter and cook over low heat until it curls.
- Transfer to a plate, let cool and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Grease your hands with butter, shape the dough for the brigadeiro and fill each one with 1 piece of chocolate.
- Dip the sweetie in the confectionery and place it in the molds.
