- Sour cream2 can(s)
- liquid milk300 ml
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Colorless gelatin (envelope)2 unit(s)
- Granules to taste
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, EXCEPT the colorless gelatin and let it hit well. Then, proceed with the colorless gelatin procedure (as instructed on the package) and add the blender mixture and let it hit just a little longer. Grease a pan with oil (it won't taste good) or use a non-stick or silicone pan. Take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours and that's it! Just unmold... the granules are optional.
