- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chocolate 50%4 tablespoon
- In a pan, take the condensed milk, butter and 50% chocolate. Stir until it thickens as if you were going to make a brigadeiro and turn off.
- Add the two boxes of milk cream and stir until a cream is formed that, when placed on the cookie, it will not be necessary to wet the milk.
- Place some cream on a plate and alternate layers of wafer and cream. Finish with a generous layer of cream.
- Place in the fridge for approximately 3 hours to chill.
- Before serving, crush a few units of the cornstarch and sprinkle on top.
