Stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat, for approximately 25 minutes, until obtaining a very creamy consistency.


Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar por uns 10 minutinhos.

Turn off the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.

Modele a massa de brigadeiro em bolinhas, passe no granulado e depois é só servir!
