Brigadeiro with oreo cookie

Faça o brigadeiro na panela , deixe em ponto de enrolar (quando estiver desgrudando do fundo da panela ) deixe esfriar com um plástico em contato. 

Depois de fria a massa do brigadeiro faça bolinhas maiores abra e coloque a bolacha dentro e feche , cubra com o granulado e está pronto . 

Pode ser feito com o brigadeiro de coco , ou com qualquer outro saborizante . 

Make the brigadeiro in the pan, leave it to roll up (when it is coming off the bottom of the pan) let it cool with a plastic in contact.

After the brigadeiro dough is cold, make bigger balls, open and put the cookie inside and close, cover with the sprinkles and it's ready.

It can be made with coconut brigadeiro, or with any other flavoring.
