- Chocolate bar100 g
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Confetti to taste
- In a pan, melt the butter, chocolate powder and chocolate bars.
- Then add the condensed milk, the cream and start cooking the brigadeiro, as soon as it bubbles, count 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Allow to cool and serve with the confetti.
