- Flour3 cup
- Sugar (2xic)480 g
- Nescau Chocolate Milk ,1.1/2 cup
- Oil300 ml
- Yeast ,10 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- +or- warm water1.1/2 cup
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, make a hole in the middle and put half the oil, the eggs and stir, making a kind of farofa, put the warm water and stir until it's homogeneous, put the rest of the oil and shake well.
- Grease a rim 30 mold. Put it to bake, when it starts to smell like cake, stick a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
- Chocolate syrup: Condensed milk, Milk cream, Nescau Chocolate Milk (4 tablespoons) Bring to a boil and stir until it boils or you start to smell brigadeiro.
- Note: I used the ballerine mold 19x17x 5 (round) yielded 3 molds with this recipe.
